Another day, another video. This video has to be one of the best I have seen in quite while though. Compared to the awkward Vogue Paris videos we have gotten this past week, this newly released video for Maiyet's Spring/Summer 2012 campaign is just beautiful. Every collaboration between Daria and Cass Bird has been amazing, and this video is just the icing on the cake.
The images for this campaign came out rather early for the S/S season, all the way back in September of last year! Because of that, it may seem that this video is very late, but it really isn't in relation to the normal timing for news of campaigns. Let's hope for more Daria and Cass collaborations...they can do no wrong.

yeah, definitely the less they insist on her being sexy and force her on stereotypical poses (like the 'infamous' hands-over-head pose!!), the more she is sensual. i mean, with her body language, when they want her to be sexy with so much make-up, glamazon's vibe etc., they make her look like a tranny. when they let her be natural, she's back to her tomboysh tenderness and she is simply very very beautiful and sensual.
